I'm filling an application form for yet another job. I really want this one thought!
My proofreader (Mon)is not home and I have to post this immediatly (ish)
If you can bother, please read and give your HONEST advice.My biggest concern is the format, not sure really...

During my teaching practice I helped numerous students to overcome barriers to achieve their goals.
I have good analytical skills that help me to set realistic objectives.
I have experience dealing with Students with learning disabilities/difficulties as a Lecturer and also as an academic support worker.I am genuinely passionate about communicating with people and always try to encourage them to achieve their goals. I have the ability to express thoughts clearly and concisely.
I control the feelings that emerge in difficult situations and respond appropriately, instead of being overwhelmed by emotion.
I am aware of other people’s behaviour and influencing it - influencing others by my own behaviour. I am committed an enthusiastic.I am able to work independently and with a team and have strong organisational skills.

I am computer literate.
I do not have a professional qualification in Counselling, but have significant personal experience. And I would be keen to work towards such.
