They are my next door neighbours.
It is so sad, everytime I close my eyes I see the little boy's face.He was so cute, smiley and friendly.
May you rest in peace little star.

That's what I thought, and may do. I'm very bad dealing with this, never know what's appropriate.

This sort of acciedent always leaves us wondering "WHY"? There is no answer, but as Chris Martin says:
"Those who are dead are not dead, they're living in our heads".
He's right.

It makes us feel better to believe he's right.

I think this goes beyond the need we all have to make ourselves feel better about tragedy. In the words of the famous poem:
"The lives of great men all remind us
we may make our lives sublime
And, departing, leave behind us
Footprints in the sands of time"
Memories and existence are very closely intertwined. If you remember that boys smiling, friendly face then he isn't really dead, not for you anyway.
Tom.
