Some people ask me what style of painting I like doing. And the answer is I don't know. Being an Art teacher hiddens my real vocation. Fact is I can do a bit of everything.
So my question is:
What's your style? What do you prefer?
If you were to buy a painting to put on your living room, what would you buy?
Realistically There are so many great Art works that I would NEVER hang on my walls, although I appreciate their value.
So what about you?

Yes, I did. These are noy actually my best ones, I didn't take photos of most of the paintings I sold, and that's quite sad.
Yes, you need to show us your drawings
Monica is having a great time, of course, she's been everywhere! Algarve, Alentejo, Lisboa, Setubal, etc...

To claim one particular preference.
But anything quirky tends to attract me.

I agree, he was a master of light and shadow, no doubt! but... I wouldn't have his work on my walls, too depressing
I've made copies of a variety of artists, Renoir, Monet, Van Gogh, Constable,etc... but Rembrandt only to appreciate in a gallery, nothing else.

Pro I wouldn't be the first person to say that Van Gogh was the most naturally talented artist of all time. You can see the love and dedication in every brushstroke.

I wouldn't mind those on my walls. My visitors loo oontains a hotchpotch of art for guests to enjoy
Otherwise I like my own paintings no t because they are art , but because they mean something to me and I like the colours.
My favourites are Gustav Klimt and Hundertwasser.

I am more in drawing than painting, but I
prefer animated (with people) urban landscapes as the Paris Steet, portraits -
i always wanted to paint an tough old man's face with realistic wrinkles and wise eyes.
i always like ships by the dock as well.
i also like pop art as warholl's, they're great at the bar and recreation room.
i also like semi- nude paintings in sepia settings,
..seems i like 'em all!!

But yes people's faces i do it very well..portraits=retratos isn't it in english? portraits i draw it very well, as well others views, and whatever i want i drAW easily.
I must try paint some and do a gallery, an online one with my art work
