I don't know!! I asked myself the same question! Just one of those things! 
Maybe I miss my uncle, who I used to spend my holidays with, when I was a child?
Maybe because I haven't had any news from him for more then 7 years?

Yes, very romantic I love the italian language, sounds so sweet... but unfortunetily he is leaving the blond girl...the lyrics say something like this:
