Enjoy and Merry Chritmas:)
Beijinhos

100 g de aletria
meio litro de leite
150 g de açúcar
25 g de manteiga
3 gemas
casca de limão
canela

Coze-se a aletria em água durante 5 minutos e escorre-se.
Em seguida, leva-se o leite ao lume juntamente com a casca de limão, pau de canela,manteiga o açúcar e a aletria e deixa-se cozer.
Quando estiver cozido, misturam-se as gemas previamente batidas com cuidado, misturando parte da aletria nas gemas pra nao talhar.
Deixar cozer mais 3 minutos para que as gemas cozam ligeiramente.
Serve-se a aletria polvilhada com canela.
