My lack of concentration is appalling. I almost hit a police barrier the other dayU-(
I had one last night, standing up in the bath, puffing out the window, like a teenager. How embarrassing is that!!:oops:
Oh, I didn't buy it, I stolen it from Lu's bag. He was possessed this morning as he found out:DD
But I'm doing fine, I'm proud of myself, and I'm actually starting to believe I can do it!
Bought some NTB peppermint ciggies look alike, to help the detoxification cure.

Congratulations for Day 7

Pepppermint ciggies suggest a very negative move. Any thought of ciggies of any kind you must banish! Replace those thoughts with thoughts that you cherish. We all have plenty of these,especially we non-smokers.

By the way may we have a photo of your bath experience ? lol
