  • Hard work

Two prostitutes meet at the middle of the night and one says:
    - What a busy night!! Customers don't stop, I've been upstairs 350 times!!
    The other says:
    - Oh my God, dear, I can imagine how yor feet must be hurting!

    night night :))

  • Silver anniversary

I am celebrating 25 years of marriage today!
Yes, I know it's a lifetime. We had many good times and many bad times, but managed to stay together.

    I read somewhere:
No man or woman really knows what perfect love is until they have been married for quarter of a century.
Bloody hell , that may be true, but scares me. What I mean is,it makes me realize that I'm actually getting older, and I don't like the feeling. I cried for a week when I turned 30, I cried for a few days when I turned 40, and I can see myself crying a lot today. Don't know what's wrong with me,but I have the same mind and body that I had at 25, and that's my chronological age, full stop.

Anyway, as we didn't have the money to go on a cruise ( that was everything I wanted, I'm very sad) we'll get rid of the girls tonight and have a little celebration, I'll think of something.

We will forget the adversities and celebrate our anniversary. It is a time to look back at the good times and a time to look ahead to live our dreams together.

I like to compare a marriage to a mountain:

“The experienced mountain climber is not intimidated by a mountain -- he is inspired by it. The persistent winner is not discouraged by a problem-- he is challenged by it. Mountains are created to be conquered; adversities are designed to be defeated; problems are sent to be solved. It is better to master one mountain than a thousand foothills.”
