In one week I'll be off work!! hurray! Christmas!presies! chocolate! champagne! Roast lamb! and more Roast lamb! and loads of veggies for my recently new veggie Momo! (yek). Family coming from Portugal!I have no money but I'm happy!Love Christmas, still don't know why, as I work like a cow, but hey, I love it, what can I do?

LoL....My dear daughter, who we sometimes call "Momo" decided to become a vegetarian, so I guess she's having roast potatoes for Christmas lunch!! Very sad, this will be our first christmas, with one of the members of the family not tasting my gorgeous food. I know, I know, it's her choice, but still, don't get it.Oh well

Yes, it's great, and they will love be by you too; you'l have a great time all together, nobody will have " saudades " as you're all be together! That's a great feeling have ours around us.
Thanks Miza, i'l have mine here at home with family around...aaah but we'l have the turkey! Don't you eat the turkey by Xmas? And the " bacalhau " 
and that great recipe i love: " roupa velha " made with it, potatoes, etc.?

No, my husband doesn't like turkey, but we are having roast lamb instead.mmmmmmmmm...oh, and of couse we are having bacalhau for Christmas eve! Not as good as ours, but still bacalhau :-)

A Monica e' amorosa, muito querida; tão giro, não sabia que é tua filha, venho agora do blog dela e sim hoje o blog.uk teve 2 portuguesas no topbloggers tambem reparei nisso
Ja' somos blog-friends a' bastante tempo. Fizeste bem em abrir o blog, e' 'optimo para escreveres ou distraires, eu tenho o meu mais para fun e distrair-me,..no inicio abri-o para não esquecer a minha escrita em inglês e até para melhorá'la, pois perdi bastante da escrita em francês por ex.... mas acabei por fazer boas amizades aqui, gosto imenso dos meus blogfriends de hoje em dia (só 2 ou 3 é que vou tirar pois tenho á algum tempo, convidaram-me e nunca tiveram um chat comigo, nao os conheço nem aos blogs deles,e nao percebo porque os aceitei na altura, mesmo depois das más experiencias que tive, fulanos de vários países, até mulheres, de todo o mundo, por vezes temos de ter cuidado!Mas, está muito melhor agora,no worries;nao foi so a mim, faziam isso a mais bloggers, muitos fecharam, eu quase mas resolvi não desistir e tento sempre ter cuidado pois no principio tive mesmo uns que me provocaram chatices, autenticas perseguições, etc..e' preciso cuidado, mas ao fim de algum tempo notamos que se pode e fazemos boas amizades. Os problemas com os bloggers foram tantos que eles, da admin., passaram a estar tambem mais atentos e protegem-nos mais, formou-se aqui uma boa comunidade de bloggers... fizeste bem em abrir aqui, hoje a maioria das pessoas sao uma ternura. Eu estou contente e espero ter este blog durante bastante tempo

Reparei agora que publicaste um livro e estiveste no Brasil. Eu já lá fui entre os meus 11 e 15 anos, ia passar férias com o meu pai que na época estava lá a trabalhar e adorei, e´um país magnifico, lindo. Adorava lá voltar! Estive no Rio e em Belo Horizonte, e alguns sitios por perto, adorei! As pessoas eram, e são, fantásticas mas fiquei mesmo foi encantada com o Brasil, praias lindissimas.
Ok, Miza, já te deixei aqui um pouquinho de escrita em português, espero que gostes, por mim estás á vontade sempre que quiseres escrever na nossa lingua.
